Workplace safety has always been paramount in corporate operations.  To effectively enhance safety standards and prevent/reduce work-related injuries, Changzhou Huawei Electronics has implemented training for supplier trainers focusing on work-related injury prevention knowledge and skills, injecting new impetus into safe production.

Work-related injury prevention, as a key initiative to "protect employee health," serves as an effective means to eliminate the root causes of work-related injuries and occupational disease hazards.  It is an essential condition for safeguarding the health and safety rights of employees and maintaining the company's high-quality growth.

During the training, the presenter started with fundamental concepts like the definition of work-related injuries and the determination process, offering clear and accessible explanations of professional knowledge related to injury prevention.  Additionally, guidance was provided on teaching techniques specifically for trainers.  Upon completion of the entire course curriculum, Changzhou Huawei Electronics awarded training certificates to employees who fulfilled all required hours.

In the next phase, we will further popularize work-related injury prevention knowledge, enhancing employees' capability for self-assessment of potential hazards.  We aim to continually improve our injury prevention capabilities, strengthen safety awareness, and collectively fortify our "safety defenses"!
